2.1 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account on 999bet. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. Attempting to operate multiple accounts using the same device, IP address or payment method may result in all related accounts being suspended or closed and any bonuses being cancelled.

2.2 Registration Requirements

• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and your own.
• You may not create an account under a third party's identity.

3.1 Age Verification Requirement

3.2 Identity Verification Documents

Acceptable documents for identity verification include a National ID Card (NID), passport or birth registration certificate. 4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements and expiry period.
• It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time — applicable rules will be stated in the offer details.
• A bonus applies only to the member whose account it has been credited to.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering conditions are met.
• 999bet reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is proven, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

The 999bet VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback applies at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze level and up to 1.0% at Diamond level. Cashback is calculated on weekly net losses. Example: a Gold member with ৳20,000 net losses in a week receives ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once confirmed on the 999bet platform, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed unless different rules are explicitly stated. Bet outcomes are determined in accordance with applicable rules. 999bet reserves the right to correct any bet placed at an incorrect price or on an incorrect market due to a technical error.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

• Bets must be placed before the match starts or within the live betting window.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, 999bet will settle bets according to standard rules.
• The same general rules apply to all sports betting, including cricket and football.

6.3 Casino Game Rules

The rules for all casino products, including live casino and slots, can be found within the relevant game or in the help section. The RTP (Return to Player) of a game is set by the third-party game provider and is not within 999bet's control.

7.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999bet platform:

• Bonus fraud — claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Using a third party's account or payment method.
• Using any software, bot or automated system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Knowingly exploiting any technical error or vulnerability on the platform.
• Abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour towards other users or 999bet staff.
• Operating an account on behalf of or together with any person under 21 years of age.

8.1 999bet's Right to Suspend Accounts

999bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these Terms.
• Registration using false or misleading information.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• At the user's own request (voluntary closure).

8.2 Handling of Funds After Suspension

If an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any bonus funds in the account will be forfeited. Real money (excluding bonuses) may be returned after the relevant investigation is completed, provided no fraudulent activity is proven. When a user closes their account voluntarily, they will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance.

9.1 Service Limitations

999bet strives to ensure uninterrupted service, but the service may occasionally be temporarily disrupted due to maintenance, technical issues or third-party service interruptions. In such circumstances, 999bet is not liable for consequential losses other than direct financial losses.

9.2 Game Outcomes
